Both footers give 1 April 2026 as the day they came under Anakatech Interactive’s licence, yet both are still listed as Inactive on AG Communications Limited’s licence. Both also send questions about accounts from before that date to an Aristocrat support address, so if you played there before April, keep it.
Both also run Big Bass Boost for existing players, closed to first deposits. A sportsbook and casino with a separate brand owner
For you, the operator matters more than the brand owner: the Commission’s answer on white-label sites puts responsibility for them on the licence holder, the same company that answers for WinOMania.
How to reclaim a balance from the closed site

Can you take one welcome at each site, or one for the whole group? The terms are written site by site. WinOMania keeps its welcome for new customers who haven’t held an account on its own website, and LuckyMate’s can’t be stacked with another LuckyMate promotion unless its terms allow it. If you already play at WinOMania, ask a sister’s support whether its welcome is open to you before you deposit there. The penalty for bonus abuse does cross brands: the User Agreement lets the operator close every account you hold under the licence.
Some sites still quote 40x because they’re quoting an older WinOMania welcome. Its promotions page, as archived in October 2025, set 40x wagering on the bonus with 30 days to meet it. The welcome page was revised on 18/12/2025, and the general bonus terms of 11/06/2026 make 10x the default.

For deposits, WinOMania’s landing page lists Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Trustly, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller and Neosurf. Money comes back by bank transfer, Visa or Mastercard, PayPal, Skrill or Neteller, with no cash-out fee of its own, and credit cards can’t be used.
To verify you, WinOMania may want photo ID, the front and back of your debit card (with the middle 8 digits and the security code blocked out) and an address document no more than 3 months old. If your bank can’t take a card payout (the agreement names NatWest and the Royal Bank of Scotland), the money may come by bank transfer instead. LuckyMate, Betnero, BetCrown, BetLegend, BetFusion and PlayWins offer the same pair. 7bet’s differed: its April 2026 archive copy tied an exclusion’s reach to the reason given for it rather than to a scope you pick, so ask 7bet in writing which brands an exclusion there covers.
The same page sets out 3 more limits. A Take a Break of up to 6 weeks covers only the brand it’s set on. A brand-specific exclusion only brings up a notice if you try to join a sister, and the page doesn’t say the sister will refuse you. An emailed request is said to take effect typically within 24 hours, which isn’t a promise.

Yes. www.winomania.co.uk is an Active domain under Anakatech Interactive Limited, whose licence from the Gambling Commission has covered remote casino games since 23 November 2017, and in September 2026 the register recorded no regulatory action for that company (the Commission’s public statements stay online for 3 years from their date of issue). A complaint starts with support, and if it’s unresolved after 8 weeks, or the internal procedure is exhausted, you can take it to ADR Group, the independent service the agreement names.
Anakatech Interactive Limited, a Malta-registered company whose head office the register places in Sofia, runs WinOMania and holds its licence. WinOMania’s privacy policy names no separate brand owner. Its landing page names Anakatech Limited, a British Virgin Islands company with its own Gambling Commission software licence, as the provider of its gambling software and facilities.
Register copies from 2019 to 2022 show WinOMania alone on its licence, so an answer of none would’ve matched the register then, which may explain how such pages began. One page still calls WinOMania independent while citing a licence that belongs to another company.
Expect a separate sign-up at each. WinOMania’s User Agreement talks of the other accounts you may hold under Anakatech Interactive’s licence, and every welcome’s terms are written for an account on that brand’s own site.
Not according to its own documents. WinOMania’s User Agreement covers casino games and has no sports-betting section, where LuckyMate’s carries a full set of sports betting rules. The sisters’ sports offers sit outside this comparison, which covers casino welcomes only.
